Companion and Home Health Aide

Home Health Aides help people who are chronically ill, disabled or cognitively impaired, as well as elderly adults who may need assistance living in their own homes or in residential facilities. Most Home Health Aides work with clients who need more care than family or friends can provide. Home Health Aides provide instruction and psychological support. They may also assist clients in nutrition, cleanliness and other household tasks.

Home Health Aides are under the supervision of Vitacare's Director of Nursing who follows the orders of a family physician, as well as, ensures compliance with all NJ regulations. Our clients and their families have continuous access to our care management team for emails, phone calls and any home care needs.
